When you use our enquiry forms (home or contact page), we collect the details you submit:

• Message about your render problem

We also collect technical information used only to reduce spam and abuse, including your IP address and browser user agent when a form is submitted. A honeypot field on the form is not intended for people to fill in.

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies for analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-YBY3R3WEDT) to understand how the site is used (for example pages viewed and approximate location at a city level). We use trusted service providers to run the business and this website:

• Hosting: VentraIP (Australian hosting for renderdoctor.com.au)

• Job / lead management: Simpro
• Email delivery: SMTP email transmission to deliver enquiry notifications

These providers only receive what they need to provide their service. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep enquiry and lead records for as long as needed to respond to you, manage a job, meet legal or insurance requirements, or resolve disputes. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings. You can ask us to delete or correct your information (see your rights below).
